Tis the Season (for no shows, call-ins and low staff ratios)
For those of us with loved ones recieving care from outside the family either in home or in a nursing facility, we are familiar with this time of year bringing not only illnesses that cause workers to call in sick but also lower staff due to holiday plans, no shows, etc. How do we cope with this situation?
